Plugged in and power light shines bright. No other testing possible; and therefore, sold "as is" with no refund or return.  This is a HTF (hard to find) = rare and OOP (out of production) item and therefore scarce in the marketplace. NOT INCLUDED: box, instructions, parts or other accessories.
