The cover is very worn, dirty, discolored and has a few small tears along the binding edges. The pages are very dirty and yellowed, mostly along the edges as well as the inside covers. There are a few spots where the book was opened too wide and caused some slits along the binding edge and the pages. This caused the first page to become torn out, but is included. There are some paper surface tears on the inside front cover. There are a few pages with small tears. One page has some crayon scribbles and one page has some pencil scribbles.
