The title was occasionally changed to Southwestern Railway Journal, when
released outside of the state of Texas. Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Kansas
received these title issued journal, but was quickly returned to
it's original for under the portense of publishing restrictions durning
the American involvement during World War I.
