This book is in fair condition. The front cover is torn about 1 to 2 " along the top edge. The edges of the pages are red and show discoloration and spots. There is some water damage because most of the pages are slightly wrinkled and a few have some red marks in which the sides of the pages bled onto the edges. The cloth attached ribbon bookmarks are frayed at the ends. There is a name and address written in pencil on the page which says "This Missal belongs to..." No torn or ripped pages.
