New in the box kit with all of the mounting hardware you need to make it work. This speedometer is an inexpensive low tech fun addition to any bike. Unlike the fancy expensive metal speedometers, this one has a plastic housing that will not rust. And, unlike the tiny hard to read bike computers, this speedometer has a large 3' across easy to read face. Reads 0-50mph (I have had my bike up to 20mph) with large easy to read numbers. And best of all, this speedometer has a re-settable distance gauge (odometer).You can start each trip from 0 and see how far you went; or leave it alone and see how much you bike in a week. Big easy to use reset knob on the side. Speedometer comes with necessary hook-ups; handlebar mount, wheel gear, and mechanical spin cable (overall length 28"). All you need is a screwdriver; but there is no instruction sheet. Please ask me if you need mounting information. Can be used on 26" or 27" bikes. Scientific accuracy is not guaranteed.
