Missing remote control. You can possibly use a universal control for it. No manual or original box included. Please note that this item can not be shipped to Canada. Canada's Shaw Cable sometimes refuses use of certain equipment. For other service providers, please check with them before you buy this item; some people seem to think they can just plug in this unit and get cable TV. This is sold as used equipment, no tech support provided. No return or refund if you don't know how to make it work or if your service provider won't let you use it.
