The Brain That Wouldn't Die
When his beloved fiancée is horribly beheaded in a car accident, Dr. Bill Cortner (played with remarkable subtlety by Jason Evers) makes a ghastly decision - he will keep his betrothed alive no matter what. Absconding with her severed head, Dr. Cortner takes the grisly object of his affection back to his lab where he keeps it alive using advanced scientific methods. Cortner's evil passion soon takes shape in the form of a plot to unite the woman's head onto a new body... a young, nubile body... and his lustful, murderous hunt soon begins.

In the terrible wake of an atomic bomb test, a nuclear physicist (B-movie horror legend Tor Johnson) fleeing enemy agents finds himself caught in the terrible fury of nuclear fire. Instead of killing the brilliant scientist, the explosion mutates him into a terrible, destructive beast - more monster than man, irrational and nearly indestructible. An innocent family on vacation is caught in the shocking crossfire between the hideous fiend and the heroic police investigating the murder of one of the beast's victims.
