They say: 8433HPP 98000430- 002 24 pin DIP These are the type with the window. These have a tape residue around the window (and paint/marker on the chip) as if they were programmed and tape applied to prevent accidental erasure. We are not sure if they have been erased as of yet or if you will have to do the erasing .. We are offering the lot of 11
