Another Net search produced a description of that number possibly as: "zeven-segment display." Not sure what country that was derived from but we are guessing they meant 7 segment. The components say: DLO 3900 L8209P 12 Pin DIP They measure appoximately ~ 1.1" x ~ .8" x ~ .4"
