Black wall mounting brackets show no signs of prior bolt/washer marks - never installed? Cabinet shows some very minor scratches but no cracks and no broken parts.

From left to right Hertz needle gauge 0-50 and 0-60 / Frequency Adjustment knob / Forward or Reverse toggle switch / Stop-Reset-RUN toggle switch.

No way to test. SOLD "as is" with NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS.
