It is a gray heavy duty plastic case.
Embedded in the middle of the front it says: d i g i t a l

The case measures externally approximately ~ 13" x ~ 13" x ~ 1 1/2"
The internal recessed area measures approximately ~ 11 3/8" x ~ 8 7/8"

It says: 99-08536-02
It also says: 36-33638-01-A01

It also has a yellow warning section with a hand with a static wrist strap.
It says:

There is NO module and NO board.
