This book is in very nice condition for its age.
There is some edgewear to the cover and one very tiny rip.
The pages are held together by staples and there is some rust on the pages around the staples. Also, the center page is loose.
No other torn or ripped pages.
There is an inscription written by the previous owner on the inside front cover.
