Power Supply cord is included (a $10. value all by itself) and unit multitested for voltage. Modem LED power light comes on when plugged in. No other testing possible and therefore, sold "as is" with no returns.  INCLUDES all cables and cords shown in item photo - ac power, USB, phone, ethernet cord, and coaxial cable (cable and cord color may vary). No disc, instructions or other accessories.
