Our policy lasts 10 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery, won't be eligible for refund.
All orders are fully insured. In case of any damages, please inform immediately upon reception the carrier and fill out all the necessary forms. You must immediately report the damage to the shipping company, and to the sender and file a claim to the shipping company.
