Obverse: The nominal value in the centre, placed inside a rhombus.
Reverse: The portrait of Jeronim De Rada in the centre, over an open book and below it the years of birth and death (1814-1903). On the right of the portrait there is the name and on the left there is a quill. Above the coin there is the inscription "Shqipëri - Albania" 2003.
Theis coin was minted by "Kremnica Mint", Slovakia.
