It has a unique outside binding edge made of cloth which covers the binding as well as 1 1/2" of the front and back cover. The title is written on this edge in gold letters on the side and front. On the front cover, part of this cloth edging is coming loose and could use some glue to secure it down. No torn or ripped pages. No markings or writing.
